The Sachdev Group is committed to delivering superior customer satisfaction and meet their requirements. We understand that sometimes a customer may need to return a product, and hence, we try to offer a hassle-free refund process.
Customers may return unused and undamaged products within 10 days of purchase for a full refund. The product must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds would be provided in the original mode of payment. We value our customers and aim to provide a transparent and fair refund process.
Cancellation Policy
The Sachdev Group's cancellation policy allows customers to cancel their orders in case they change their minds or do not require the product anymore. However, cancellation requests will not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped.
